Coolant level sensor
 

My coolant level sensor light goes on after 5 sec on my 98 320 ml.

Checked the coolant level , but it is ok. Dirty level sensor??? I 'm not able to find it, anyone who knows how, where, to check /clean it?

I have now dismanteled the water coolant tank , located rear of the engine and on top. There are no sensors in that tank, no holes, no cables, only tubes.

Anyonewho knows where to look for the coolant level sesnor?
