Question on ML55
 

I have to replace the passenegr side cushion that has sensors for air bag
on a 2000 ML55.
This part is faulty which is as per the codes and diagnosis
Can someone help me with the following:
1. Seat removal-some tips and what is the best way? Does one have to remove the center console to be able to remove the plastic cover next to the seat next to the center console.

2. Does the cushion just slip off and teh new one slides in?

Any help would be great.
