How to tell if new bumper is OEM
 
Got hit and their insurance company tried putting an aftermarket bumper on my 2000 ML320. I had to fight with them but they then agreed to put on a MB OEM front bumper.
I'm picking up the car today (1/2/08) - how can I check to see if it is an OEM part?

MB OE parts have a "star" emblem & the MB part number somewhere on the part.
