How do you remove RR door panel on a 03 ML350

Hi everyone i'm new and stumbled on this site. Great place by the way. I need some assistance. My friend has a 03 ML350 and the right rear regulator is bad. I can hear the motor and the glass stops three quarters of the way up and then starts to go back down as if trying to un-jam itself.

My question is how do you remove the door panel? I'm very technically inclined but since it's my friends car I don't want to damage anything even though i'm doing it as a favor, LOL


From what I can see it appears I need to remove the plastic cover plate where you grab to close the door. I would think there might be two 10mm bolts there but I want to make sure first before I start.
