extended warranty

I'm in the market to find a company for extended warranty for my 2005 ml 350 my 4yrs is up but i still have 20,000miles left before the 50,000miles is up .So what companys do anyone recommend ?

( I have this one company call ........Continental warrenty...........) have anyone ever deal with them and what your opinion of them...........for extended warrenty......
