Anyone recommend these ML's
If so, what year and do you prefer the 430 to the 320? I have seen quite a few available at various prices. Early ones seem to have more issues. Any happy owners?

What do you want to use it for? Old one was built like a truck, but rode like a truck. New one rides much better, but does not feel as "tough". |
99 ML320 -- very good car
My 99 ML320 has about 80K on it now and is a super car for general driving and bad weather driving. I have had only minimal and normal maintenance so far, including the MAF sensor, window switch module, wipers, brakes and other basic small items.
I would highly recommend this car to anyone; there are over a million owners of ML units, most of whom seem to like the cars very much. It is not a soft, American car ride -- but it is a good solid car on all types of road and very smooth on a good road. This has been my good experience with the ML. Ben Carter |
The ML320 from 2000 is a somewhat reliable truck!
Opt for the ML430 if you plan to tow. No matter what have the truck inspected BEFORE purchase by a technician with MB experience! |
