I have a chance to buy a 99 ml320 for 11.900 with 55k on her is this a good price and she is very clean vehicle....

too much, I won't pay more than 9000 for such, even if it has low miles. you will need that extra cash to do the up keep.

what did you end up paying ? I am looking at 1999 with 59,000KM only , for $8900 cdn which I think is great price. comments ?
