Spare wheel carrier blocked
Hi,
I have a 2001 MB ML320 with exterior spare wheel carrier (it is included in the rear chrome bulbar). Unfortunately last week my wife tried to open it and broke the handle which made the entire support to remain blocked. I tried various ways to open it but with no luck. Has anyone encountered this problem before? If yes, what did you do? Do you know if there is an electrical mechanism locking the support when all the doors are locked also?
