Unhappy Tire wear on ML430

I noticed excessive tire wear on rear tires. The rear tires are bold on the outer edge. Struts appear OK, so what might be causing the wear? The rear suspension is pretty tight so I dont know if bushings should be suspected?

Alignment!

Measuring & setting ride height and then a good 4 wheel alignment is critical on ML's.

Just wanted to note I just replaced tires on my 99 ML 320 that now has 233,500 miles on it. I got 88,000 miles out of General Grabber ST's. They were really worn and I probably should have replaced them 8000 miles ago, but I can't complain about these tires.
