Trailer hitch Bolts ML320 - 2002/1
 

Can someone please tell me which bolts - the specifications please?
I sourced out M14 milimeters and 1.5 thread pitch I think 40mm. Long
BUT they are not correct - weird - perhaps the a spec sheet on the net is incorrect

The factory has pre threaded the cross bumper section but this bolt spec don't correspond
Please help perhaps Mercedes changed the threads and there are 2 specs and I can only find one

Too ensure that iam not classified as being: Not The Sharpest Tool in the Toolbox I find someone with a similar issue but the solution appears unclear or scary because when i look at the the 2 too 3 threads flattening or what appears to be a slight re-invented thread pitch: look here: http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w163-m-class/1589341-trailer-hitch-installation-bolts-too-tight.html

I thank DAEWONI for his assistance and prompts: he said double check the correct spec i went back to the bolt specialist place and requested they re check the pitch it was incorrect OMG!!!! can u believe the ordeal in addition GO Figure i even went to a trailer place and they too gave me the incorrect pitch.
