Question 2006 R500 suspension question

I'm looking at a 2006 R500. Vehicle has under 60,000 miles. It sits lopsided. The driver side seems to be at the proper level, and is about 2-3 inches higher on passenger side. It's obvious that there something wrong with the air suspension. The dealer that is selling it told me they left it on the lift for couple of days. When they put it back on the ground they notice that it was lopsided. What could be going on? I cant tool around with it because I have not bought it yet. Just would love any info on what it could be before i buy it.
Thanks.Jay

RUN, don't just walk away from it. MB air suspensions leak, have control issues, compressors fail, ask me how I know. That's why you can pick up a W211 E500 with air suspension dirt cheap. The R is no different. No person in their right mind would buy one with the air susp., unless you have another $5K to burn, eventually all fail.
