Mercedes ML320 Spark Plugs replacement - YouTube

A video from M/B diesel channel on changing spark plugs.:P They must have covered every possible repair on a diesel and moved on.
Had a Ford four cyl. with 8 spark plugs. I even had a Mazda rotary with 2 distributors. I forget if it had 4 spark plugs 2 from each distributor, but I do remember setting the points was a real PITA. I wish I had Youtube back in the late seventies maybe I would have learned an easier way to set those points.

Yeah I believe it was one from each distributor, employed for a cleaner burn. The mazda race cars used to have 3 plugs per chamber on their rotaries!

This is a good reason to phone an old friend that I havn't talk to in a while and see if he remembers as he help when tuning it. I am also sure it did not come from the Mazda race program:rolleyes:

Hehe I would wonder if he had a 787B Le Mans car. The b series pickups had the dual spark 4cyls along with probes and I think all their ford counterparts .

Its not a big deal....it makes for a more efficient/powerful motor, and the full set of 12 plugs is only about $64 online....and they last about 100,000 miles. They're not hard to change either. I've done all of them in under an hour before.
