2013 ML350 spark plug replacement

Can anyone please provide info on replacing driver side spark plugs ? Passenger side needed to remove air filter housing and was not a problem but do not see how to access plugs on driver side ? Do I need to remove resonator intake cover ?

Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks:confused:
