Has anyone heard a driver's seat electrical fire? Have you heard of the court case? I can't find anything on a search.

If you own a ML, you should be getting a letter with forms to fill out. Supposedly if they win, MB will agree to fix the wiring to the seat heater. My ML is from 2002 and I can admit this has not really been a problem. My daughter filled out the form and sent it in about three days ago.

Would send it to you but did not keep a copy of the paperwork.
