How many hours does it take to lower an ML??

I just got my ML55 AMG wheels and tires. I want to lower my ML. I understand I can only lower the the rear by replacing the coil springs and adjusting the front end bars.

QUESTIONS: How many hours does it take to lower an ML?? what coils springs do you recommend?

The local dealer's service guy says seven(7) hours.

WHAT DO YOU SAY???

not sure about ML, but don't forget to factor in the alignment, which you must do after lowering a car. for other cars, like SL and S which is lowered by changing 4 springs (I used eibach), I paid about about $300 cdn for lowering and alignment.

I also just purchased an ML, and am interested in getting the ML 55 wheels and lowering. How much did you pay for the wheels?

Thanks, and good luck.

patrick.
