GLC 63/M177 Reliability?

Hey all,

Been looking for a replacement daily for the other half, and she's been eyeing a 2018 GLC 63 AMG. My hesitation is reliability, the ones we have looked at have 75k miles or less. I've heard the M177 are reasonably reliable as long as you stay on top of the maintenance, but I'm not sure about the rest of the car. Any two cents from owners or mechanics would be greatly appreciated. We've had our share of newer Benz SUVs but never an AMG. Thanks everyone.

Should be fine if properly maintained. The lady at the MB dealer where I purchase parts told me if there is an S or AMG nomenclature on one the parts prices are a good bit more.

When doing buyer's inspections on AMGs, I always tell the buyer to get ready to pay quite a bit more for parts. A front brake pad and rotor job on that would cost in the neighborhood of $2500 to $2900 at the dealer. Maybe a bit more.
