AdBlue Module replacement

My 2015 GL350 AdBlue module under the spare tire has water intrusion and 2 of the pins have broken off. Am I able to install a used module (and harness) and code it with my Autel Maxisys? Or do I Have to go through the dealer? Or did I post this in the wrong place.....
