What to add to my ML320

I have a 2002 ML320 and want to start to add to it, I already have the DVD tv in it, 6 cd changer, etc. and am thinking about either Brush Guard, Side bars, or navigation system...what do you think....

Side bars

The first thing you should get is the side bars for those shorter people in life! =P

I got mine exactly a year ago, to the date, this is the list:

style II side bars, not so helpful for getting on and off the truck, door ding protection mainly;

mud flaps, they keep the side bar and rear bumper cleaner;

cargo nets, very useful, didn't like the MB tray, ordered and returned;

"it is a MB product" sticker, if you count it in ;-)

sun roof visor;

Thule cross bar, for transporting dry wall and 4x4s;

hitch, needed for my hitch mount bike rack;

because of the bike rack, I ma thinking to add a third brake light, the bikes at rear completely block all three brake lights;

that's about it, enjoy your ride!

Get the bug deflector and sunroof deflector as well...sunroof deflector cuts noise down about 90% when sunroof is open!:D

GBenz---

Is your ML Black Opal Metallic in color and what made you decide the chrome color vs. black for your side bars

Just black...no fancy "designo" paint. No pinstriping...what I've seen at the dealership messes up the lines of the SUV, so I opted for none.

Chrome nerf and sidebars (& mudflaps) came with the package. I had originally opted for the "skyroof" ML320, but my wife and daughter didn't care for it.

So "this" ML came up and I swapped vehicles...I had an allowance $$$ left over, so I had the dealer paint the lower body cladding to match (they came grey back then).

Bought the chrome OEM rims a week later to complement the stainless bars.

I think the brightwork breaks up the monotony and there is just enough to make it look classy but not flashy...
