Retro-fit mirrors...
 

Has anyone retro-fitted the newer side-view mirrors..the ones with the blinkers...very cool...how difficult would that application be... I've read a few others have ....but..nothing...else...sounds interesting....

Yes its possible.. but its not as easy you think it is.. its not like u can just swap em and plug em in and it works! the new one was alot more options such as signal, motors to close and shut, etc... you have to reroute all those wires.. if u're good with electronics.. its possible of course! plus one more thing.. I love my older side view mirrors cuz they're so huge.. twice as big as my other cars mirrors! if u get the new one.. they will be noticeably smaller! whats the point?
