CV boot worn out already?
 

When my ML was in shop for the front brakes, the service manager told me my CV boots in the front need to be replaced soon. I wa wondering how long those thing should last. It is a '98 model and have 69K on the clock. Hope the dealer is not trying to stick it to me.

BTW, they quoted me the job should run about $400. Does that sound right?

No idea how much they cost, because I've never had to replace one. :confused: hmmmmmmm.
