Thumbs up G-Wagen Engine Transplant in process...

Here's something you don't see every day...

Our client in Vermont said he needed more power so MB Autowerks is pleased to oblige! We are putting an engine from a 1993 S320 into a 1980 G230.

It's a K&N air filter.

The tranny is the 5-speed manual originally in the G-Wagen. We upgraded the flywheel and the clutch.

It may be possible with a newer G but not likely with the older 460 chassis like this one. The curent G-Wagens are 463 chassis and have much roomier engine bays.

I immediately responded back to your e-mail but it bounced back to me as an invalid address.
Come by if you would like to see the vehicle.
