Question Need advice with issues

I recently purchased a 2000 ML 430 lease return and have 3 issues I can't figure out.

1. I need to replace or repair the switch mount for the back window switches on the back center console. Someone pressed them into the console. How can I open that area?

2. I have a rattling that comes from the glove compartment. When I push and hold the glove compartment door down firmly it goes away. Any hint on how I can get rid of this noise?

3. The sinlge back seat on the passenger side rattles when no one sits in it and it is in the upward most back postion. Any hint on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks for your help.

They're could be warranty on it, it's 4 year/50,000, so it "has" to be under the 4 year mark on a 2000. The miles are the questionable part.
If it's out of warranty, the rear switch area is accessed by removing the 2 phillips screws in the bottom of the center console storage area, then the whole bin will lift out.
On the rattle, the top 2 bumpers on the edge of the glove compartment are adjustable, just turn the screws inside the bumper out (counter clockwise) a few turns and see if you can dial out the noise.
On the right rear seat, hard to tell, I've had to replace the entire seat adjustment assembly to fix them, other times I've just found junk under there, like an ice scraper or something, or an umbrella, etc.
