My 2000 ML320 is in the shop for it's last "free" maintenence under warranty. Does anyone have any suggestions for things that should be done or checked-out?

Thing you should check:
Left side plastic piece on driver seat

Thing they should check:
Harmonic Balancer

I'm not sure for 2000, but there is an upgraded fuel filter that is a retrofit for the earlier models.

The retrofit is quite labor intensive...

They should be able to do the fuel filter update for free before it goes out of warranty. That would be a good idea to have that done.
