I have been using these guys for years. They originally took care of my 300TD wagons and then my E500. Now they have been taking care of my CLS500. The service B at their shop was less than 1/2 of the dealerships in Rochester and Syracuse. They have one technician that I always have work on my car, Jarrad. He is extremely competent in my opinion and always shows me exactly what hes doing and why. When I used to go to the dealership in Rochester they used to just give me the bill. I like seeing whats going on with my car.
