The answer is clear -- they are all Democrats, and are all in Boston!

Heh heh heh.

I try to avoid this place because of just how partisan and inflammatory it has become. Dealing with partisan politics and the mindless blathering of both sides is why I havent blogged in over a month.

And its only going to get worse.

*snif* you don't love me anymore...

I'm hoping its the vacation season, but I've only been around here for about a year, so I can't really speculate as to the waxing and waning of board participation. Diesel discussion is still mighty helpful! And, there is good discourse deep inside these threads too- some...

ahh, still luv ya man!

Summer usually does settle down a bit, but this has to be an all time low since I've been here.
I did suspect it's the majority subject matter, but I was going to let someone else point that out. I've kinda beat it to death myself
Time to resurect TLJ

So post something different. If people want to talk about it, it will go to the top of the list. Jeez. You'd think somebody held a gun to y'alls head and made you read some of this stuff.

I remember when folks discussed ideas rather than poured invective. Sometimes its due to misunderstanding the written word. Maybe most of the time its that--its hard to tell. The ad hominem stuff is exhausting and unproductive but seems to be the fundamental drumbeat. When pointed-out folks asy things like, "can't stand the heat..." or "politics is tough". To me, that's a way to excuse rudeness.

It isn't necessary to be rude, but when it happens, its dang-near impossible to refrain from responding in-kind.

Anydbody want a personal troll? It has been pointed-out from a few observers that I have been cursed with a troll.

I hearby volunteer to pass this on-line STD to any volunteer. I tried prophylaxis, but that's not a 100%. I tried faith-healing by being cordial--hah!

Before you accept this offer, I should warn you that its harder to be rid-of than a sticky booger.

Geez Bot, come down off that ledge! I for one appreciated it when you tried to be cordial.

I'm out of town...a remote town with no cell service...but the motel has free high-speed internet access!

Funny how we groan at someone posting yet another oil or coolant thread, but never tire of the constant volley's of "right vs. left-wing politics".

I guess that's what happens when you run out of non-partisan topics to discuss...

For heaven's sake! Go outside, get some fresh air, take the kids to the park...

...or go do some mods on your MB!
