Appreciation for Phil at MB Shop
I am the type of person that will voice my feelings about poor service, as well as good service. After all, how can someone be expected to improve if they aren't aware of any problems? Too often, people are quick to complain about poor service and forget to mention the good experiences they have. Well, I am now voicing my pleasure with our friend Phil at Fast Lane. I recently requested quotes for parts (accumulators being one of them) from several suppliers including Fast Lane. Phil responded within 1 hour of my e-mail. This is far faster than any of the other suppliers...in fact 2 more have yet to respond. Phil's prices were better than anyone else's, and he was able to get ALL the parts I needed. So, thanks Phil, I appreciate you and you're a pleasure to deal with.

I just tried "Fast lane" for the first time...(I've only had my MB about a month)...When the part came my wife asked if I had ordered something online... My response was "yeah but that can't be it already"...it was, I will definatly be ordering from them in the future...

Phil is cool. I just ordered stuff for the ML's 50K mile check up. I can never figure out what all it needs so he provided me with the part # - he made the process a breeze!
Of course, being from Washington state, as Phil is, we know he is a class performer
