Currently, the "Dogfish Head 90 Minute Imperial India Pale Ale".
Enough hops to kill small animals, but superbly drinkable. Almost what I'd refer to a "session beer", but it'll work on a weekday night as well. Dinkle Acker has been key for hot summer days this year

As for cocktails, every now and again will enjoy an Orange Stoli and Redbull (very occasionally) or the seemingly more and more ubiquitous Irish Carbomb (3pts Jameson, 1 pt Baileyes in a shot glass, dropped into a half full Guiness, to be drinken at a rapid pace. Really, it's better than it sounds). Of course that bottle of McCallan's Anniversary Malt calls to me from my little bar, but on celebratory occasion only.

For beer, both Anchor Steam and Sierra Nevada are top of my domestic list. Bishop's Finger from England as my import choice.

For the hard stuff, McCallan 25 and Crown on ice is my prefer choice. I also like Martini (Grey Goose) with olives.
