Ah, we'll be OK. Everytime one blows through, the property value soars because it creates a bunch of empty beach lots and the home owners usually build something much bigger and nicer than they had before. The only thing that sucks is the loss of power. My power was out 7 days after Opal and 10 days after Erin. Insurance gets expensive too!

Thanks for thinking of us! Tallahassee's far enough inland that we usually don't get wallopped too hard (knock on wood). The rain sure came down on me driving home yesterday, though, and going in to work again this morning.

We'll see how tomorrow pans out...
