My aftermarket cell phone battery is on the fritz! Help?
Hey Guys,
Thought I'd try here before buying a new battery. I have a Motorola V-60 cell phone with an aftermarket battery. ATT no longer sells batteries for this phone because it's two years old! The aftermarket battery I've had in it has worked fine for a few months. Tonight the phone says "invalid battery". No battery meter and it won't re-charge. Am I out of luck on this one? Luckily I saved the original manufacture's battery, but I get 1/2 hour at best from that one. Anyone ever experience this. Is there a way to convince the phone that the aftermarket battery is okay? I'm stumped.
