Terrorist List

Does anybody have the web address for the terrorist watch list?

MTI 11-17-2004 05:26 PM

From Tom Ridge's LP cabinet . . .

if this is a serious question... then you would probably find it at www.fbi.gov or interpol's website.

MTI 11-17-2004 07:11 PM

Seriously, if the question is about the "No-Fly" list, last April, the ACLU of Northern California filed suit against the Transportation Security Administration and the FBI on behalf of a couple San Francisco women who were barred from flying and as part of discovery asked how many people are on the secret list, who is on the it, how do you get on it and how can you get off it. The government responded with hundreds of pages of blacked out text that were basically unresponsive to the discovery requests. So, don't expect to see the "No-Fly" list anytime soon.

Exactly....that would tell the terrorists that its time to pick up a new fake ID. Plenty of good reasons for not making it public info.

I think the post that started the thread is a joke. Screen name: Terminator, I need the terror watch list - get it?

terminator 11-19-2004 12:51 PM

I assure you its no joke. I found it the other day on the Treasury Departments web site. Now I have what I need.
