Yeah, like the guy said, it was a question of what should be tatooed on "W's" forehead. If you like him you can suggest something heroic or complimentary. I would find it hard to make a complimentary tatoo, something about the aesthetics of a nice tatoo and how close together his eyes are.

I think a scorecard for Americans he has sent to their deaths on one cheek and Iraqis on the other might do, or just "I saved Osama" on his forehead. Yeah, that would do. Jim
