how many of you are sick of seeing hondas ''TRICKED OUT''

Iam really sick of seeing every honda driven by anybody usa tricked out with A bunch of pep boys crap! Is this A requierment when you buy A honda? to makeit look likeyou can street race with your honda homies. I even see the worst POS hondas tricked with so much crap then I hear it drive by and it's an automatic!. Also putting 20 or 24 inch rims does nothing but make me gag, why are people so stupid ? if you haven't see A little tiny car with wagon wheels you missing out on the fun, so come on join in and dump tons of money into A very bland 4 door sedan, don't forget the stickers, the make you go faster.

Let them have their fun, if they like it good for them. Not every one is into MB's either, I do respect those guys that get big hp out of those little motors. I keep hearing the VW 1.8T motor is good for 300+ hp without much work! Stick one of those in a 4wd wagon for a nice little sleeper...

I will just put them in their place in a stop light race or on the highway. Not being able to pass a diesel MB on the highway must deflate their ego's a bit.

funny thing I have noticed is those people who shovel tons of money into an investment that drops like A rock, well they still live at home with mama. They have no idea about financial responseabilty sorry about the spelling. But it's funny to see these ''TIT SUCKERS" living beyond their means to impress whoever their trying to impress, hey sorry to be A jerk about it, people look at me in my old benz funny, it;s rough around the edges, well I earned all my own money myself and I don't live at home with mama nor do I put useless stickers on my car.

Now you bring up another point, their are a lot of people who are car poor. Heck I am currently one of them and looking very hard into changing that. I would rather buy investments then piss my money away on a car. Their are many MB owners that are living above their means and can't afford a MB but they have one. People do this with ever make and model of car.

Now as to ricer owners that throw on a cheap set of monster wheels and a few subs with a fart can, then think they have an F1 car yeah those guys annoy everyone. However I have seen quite a few riced MB's to.

hey hatterasguy did you ever see that show on TLC called rides. Well anyways this very rich person bought A ferrari enzo. Well he did not like the rims that were on the 600,000 plus car so he decided to take the car to some POS shop to get new wheels. Now iam sorry but don't you think that ferrari has A tad and I say tad bit more money for R&D than some POS shop! It almost made me puke to see that. Do you know how much money goes into the F1 budget? it's something like 100's of millions of dollars. Now the ferrari enzo is supposed to be as close an F1 car as could possibly be tons of upon tons of money and hours in R&D put into this car. So the question I have is why? your not going to make it any better, do you really think your pep boys rims are going to be better. Sorry to vent just can't belive how stupid people are. There is A reason why we benz owners don't trick out our cars . Because they already work great.

Nah, I never tire of tricky rice cars. They are so much fun to humiliate since 99% of them are NOT high performance. Beat one around the corners the other day. In my freakin navigator of all things.

Yes I did see that show and I do think it is stupid to change a $2 million car like that. But those wheels come off with one nut (I'm not sure what it is called) looks like with a lighter less tacky set of wheels the owner plans on racing the thing.

But yes I agree with you, tacky chrome wheels that the rappers love to stick on their expensive cars and SUV's are pretty stupid and pointless. Why the world needs 24in chrome wheels I can never understand. Give me a super light set of OZ, Brabus, Kleemann wheels finished in silver or gun metal. But that is my taste I want something that not only works well but looks good doing it.

I am. Thanks to these "Fast and The Furious" wannabe's, the local police are really anal about people driving over the speed limit. Did I mention that the speed limit is only 55mph. here in Honolulu? There is also no interest in changing that to a more reasonable speed, logic being that the Honda crowd will be screaming down the highway even faster. In 2000, some lawmakers snuck in a photo radar enforcement program in response to the antics of these morons. That program was soon discontinued when the system ticketed hundreds of drivers doing only 6 miles over the speed limit. That debacle costed the state over a million dollars.

Oh yes, I know some kids whose parents not only give them a place to live, but they also pay for this crap. Any time I see one of these automotive abominations and their drivers, I am witnessing a self-centered waste of humanity. Their need to go fast and be very conspicuous while doing so has made conditions miserable for myself and many others in what is supposed to be paradise. Sorry for the rant. I just happen to be in a place that probably has the most modified Hondas per capita in the US.

Three Dead Is Too Much

I don't mind people enjoying their cars as long as they drive within reason on the streets.

See this artical in our local paper and you will see what I mean.

THE TERM you should be using is "RICED OUT" thats what the import tuners call it.
