Here is a test... I got 19
The average person only gets 7 right. This is based on
U.S. & CDN info, so use all lobes of your brain. This can be more difficult than it looks - it just shows how little most of us really see! There are 27 questions about things we see every day or have known about all our lives. How many can you get right? These little simple questions are harder than you think -- it just shows you how little we pay attention to the commonplace things of life. Put your thinking caps on. No cheating! No looking around! No getting out of your chair! No using anything on or in your desk or computer! Can you beat 20?? (The average is 7) Write down your answers and then check your answers (on the bottom) only AFTER completing all the questions. REMEMBER - NO CHEATING!!! -- BE HONEST!!! That means no looking at anything on your desk...Then, before you pass this on to your friends, change the number on the subject line to show how many you got correct. I got 16 correct. A few of them I'd contest, or were just plain dumb. The Campbells soup can, what I should know that? The "which way does a fan rotate", that's another dumb one, depend on which way the blades are angled, does it have to rotate a certain direction? What about a ceiling fan? They can reverse.

Fun test!
18/27 here! ;) |
19/27. I can't believe I got the Campbell's one.
|
18/27.
I'm not sure that I believe that all fans rotate in the same direction. I certainly did not know what is on any Canadian coins! Two down right there. |
20/27, but some were just lucky guesses.
|
I got twenty also.
I cant believe someone got the soup one right either? Whats a canadien coin? Am I suppose to have ever seen one? Fans do go in both directions. Very interesting test though, kinda bumbed I didnt get the womens blouse one right, made me feel kinda GAY (not that theres anything wrong with that!)- surprised there were no SEINFELD questions. |
18 . . . to bad I don't live in Canada
P.S. I've never seen a #1 pencil, no fair  P.S.S. The average person is DUMB :D |
I got the one correct about the Canadian dollar, it was "half a guess" because everyone up there refers to the dollar coin as a "loonie", but I thought it may have been on the front, not the back. Glad they didn't ask what was on the front, because I still would have guessed a loon. BTW they call the $2 coin a "two-nie" (sp?). If the US had catchy names, maybe the US Mint could finally get dollar coins in circulation, it works very well in Canada, never see a $1 bill.
Glad to see everyone here is so above average...... Gilly |
I only got one right!...
It was the woman's blouse question, of course. |
i got 19 of 27...and i got the cambells soup question right, although i havent a clue why...that kind of freaked me out...fun test
|
If I'm not mistaken, the answer to #10 is incorrect. I seem to remember that water rotates counter-clockwise north of the equator.
My toilet seems to agree with me. :D |
20/27.
Canadian ones I missed and a few other I probably should have known. Overall fun test. Alon |
try to convince me that a stop sign does not have a front and back making it 10 sides....
|
I only got 15. However, I don't know that I've ever seen a Canadian dime or dollar nor have I ever watched snow white and I don't eat Campbells soup so I give myself an adjusted score of 19.
