93-300CE Coupe- Price???

Hi All
Need some price info. Spotted for sale a 93-300CE Coupe.
The car is a one owner with all service records. Mileage is 97k.
The car as been sitting for a year, not garaged.Interior is good. exterior needs paint.The owner passed last year. They are asking 15k
Someone told me that I maybe able to get a Cabriolet for another 2k
Also the wiring harness and head gaskets have not been replaced and I understand that these were two problem areas with this model.
Thinking of offering 9k. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I say thats still way high... You can find similar cars for 4k now a days. Prices have dropped in the past few years. If it needs a paint job just for sitting outside for one year, consider what its been through and keep in mind that its only a 93. You can find the convertible ones for 15k or so.

Does it have anything special to it other than an average 97k?
