Sights like this make me sad

Check out what somebody did to a W123
http://groups.msn.com/w123club/rayoslowrider280ce.msnw

I wonder what's with the headlight covers. Snap-on for removal at night?

Yuck.

If life was really fair, then having such horrible taste would be painful.

What a horrible thing to do to a great car. It figures that he was doing an interview for MTV (see caption for 3rd picture)....Talk about good ideas gone bad!....MTV and that car deserve each other.

Mike

Eh; to each his own.

That's a pretty feces-tastic green, though, I must say.

I feel sorry for the car--a waste of fine German engineering.

Aren't there a few members on this board that have lowriders? I think they are from Europe...

I dont mind it so much either, to each their own, as has been said many a times before....

You have to admit, he should get a little bit of credit for using a W123.... obviously has some sort of twisted appreciation for such great cars. He could have done that to an Olds or somthing, which probably would have been easier and cheaper.

Id never want one, but from a different car culture perspective, its pretty neat! The color is a different story!

On the opposite end of w123 modding, follow this link to see what in my eyes is much more tasteful....
