Your very worst day.
This is hijacked from my own post.........Tell us your worst day....
I'm an independent !....how dare you profane us !!!!! It is a never ending problem...lady comes in...slips in 'drive'..estimate $1750.00...okay....tranny arrives Trans Shop...call...case cracked...core charge $500.00 !......Installed...no drive in reverse....call shop...bring it back in...crap in valve body...install...start car...coil quit !...call owner...screams.. okay lady...I'll see wot I can do.....instal used coil....engine starts...road test...car lurches across a red light...throttle valve stuck open....cop right behind.....not my car, officer, just scooted away from me....Yes, I saw the brake light on....but the left one's out !.....buy used throttle valve....road test okay....customer pays costs only...no labour.... Some day this turned out to be !!!  ____________________________________________________________

too bad you couldnt just tell her to come and get her POS and take it somewhere else...
i am always as friendly with my indy as i can be, they are just trying to make a little money like me. no different. i still receive christmas cards from my BMW indy, and its been years since i've owned that car.
