similar thing happened to my tint guys car. his landcruiser was on a lift, and they hadn't secured ti properly, and it fell off onto their snap on toolboxes.

The toolboxes didn;t get too badly out of shape and the car came out not too bad. it needed both doors to be replaced.

which dealer??

i did a little reaserch, and after entering the name of the tow truck in google, i came up with fresno as the city. did a www.mbusa.com dealer search for fresno zip 93703 and came up with one dealer there. not sure if any one cares, i was hoping it was the dealer i used to work for here in San Diego.

You know, that is a good time to find all the change and snacks and what not that fell into the cracks. After all, it did get shaken upside down, right? A little vacuum action and it should be clean as a whistle.

My brother saw a similar thing many years ago when he was working at a Goodyear garage. Some one left a tranny support under a car during lunch, and the lift slowly leaked down. Same result as you see in the pictures  Luckily it wasn't a Benz, just some 'ol chevy.

SA to customer: “Sorry but we’re gonna have to keep the car a few days while we wait for parts from Germany. The good news is that because of the delay, we’re going to thoroughly clean and detail your ML”

Reminds me of the Home Improvement episode of Tim dropping the beam on Jills' '56 Nomad :D

I can understand why their faces are red. Nice work space...If only we knew how the lift was supposed to work....
