Just watched the knowledge network feature the transformation of cattle into specialized breeds, i.e., for meat, milk. farming, etc. From grazzing fields to feedlots in order to feed the hungry and the money hungry among us.

It also features a noble rancher from Colorado, who returned to the traditional way to pasture his animals. Everyone in the industry has taken notice, hopefully they will follow suit.
