I dont get it???

I thought it was an interesting play to advertise a Peugeot wagon transmission and have a picture of the transmission on a Radio Flyer.

My concern is - How big could the engine be? After all, it is not a very big wagon. Also, if the engine really ran out of oil then the lister sure did a good job cleaning out the wagon bed - does not appear to be a drop of oil left in it.

Finally, when they say they parted it out, they mean it: no seats, windows, controls, anything . . .
