Leather Pants -- this is a hoot

A guy on e-bay selling some leather pants.

"DKNY Men's Leather Pants I Unfortunately Own"

"Stylish. Expensive. Very much a bad purchase for me."

LMAO - Well worth the read!

p.s. make sure you open and read the two pages of questions from sellers.

I've owned leather pants for awhile. As of last year they didn't fit any longer. They were more of a one piece leg than this fellow's which have a seam at the knee (unless that's a fold line). The ladies actually loved them. I'm not gay...nor tough...though I might be famous in some remote part of Canada...I'd actually like to get a brownish...boot cut/slight flare slim fit pair at some point in the future though a one piece leg is rather hard to find around NJ.

Donna Karen just might be a transvestite...

Classic... every once in a while eBay has some great listings. Remember the wedding dress that the (hefty, bearded) seller modelled in the description? Or the Beanie Babies that a male divorcee was offering with the promise that all proceeds would buy a power tool(s)?

Well, at least these were only worn once.

One time I bought a Pearl Izumi cycling/running jacket on eBay. After bidding, I made the mistake of looking at the seller's other auctions and found that he sold jock straps, bikini briefs, and things like that that were used... and modeled (by him, in rather... "revealing" pictures) in his ads. These things were selling for like $30. There are some weird, weird people out there. I laundered that jacket well before wearing it, but hey, it was a good deal. Guess the pre-owned thong crowd isn't into cycling and/or running.

I was once in a band with a guy in his thirties that told me that it didn't matter how good you played, just how good you looked on stage in leather pants.

I'm sure there are a lot of very funny auction pages such as this, but I can only wonder how they are found, aside from being forwarded to a forum, like this.

Was the OP searching for Leather Pants and stumbled on this, or were they searching for something else and the pants caught their eye enough to investigate?
My mom was searching for a decorative couch pillow and ended up forwarding me an auction page for a very impressive mansion in CT, where there was a decorative pillow.

That sounds great. I missed that one. Is it around anywhere?

Yup, I got a link to it in an e-mail. The guy sold them for what, around $100? A happy ending.

I wonder how much a pair of my diesel fuel soaked bib overalls would sell for without crotch stains?
