Just watched that myself... Very cool.

Must be nice getting paid to sing the praises of various high-$$$ cars while driving them around a test track, or through gorgeous countryside! Where do I apply for that gig?...

Awesome show. Loved it when they turned the ESP off on the SL's and wooooooah!

Then when he hit 200 +km on the autobahn and then hits the brakes he turns to the camera and says "See no drama" lol

Yal that was 300km per hour on the autobahn. SL65 pulled to that speed amazingly fast.

I wish we had unlimited roads in this country, the commute to school would be a blast and fast!

Can you still do that in parts of Montana? Or did they stop that altogether?

I'm no fan of our low speed limits on wide-open interstates either....

....but without MUCH better driver training and education in this country, it would be an absolute disaster.

Also, the highways themselves would have to be maintained much better than they currently are.... the Autobahn is impeccably maintained, because it HAS to be. Hitting a pothole at 170mph is not something you want to do!...

Oh yeah I would love better driver training. I want yearly and harsh inspections on cars, and I think a license should be a year long process and cost over $1k. With driver re training every 10 years.

Part of getting your license should include an evhasive driving school where you learn how to properly control a slide.

Then do a massive overhaul of the highway system in which lots of fat is cut away, this should free up money to improve the highways.

Great ideas all around!

Good luck with that. I'll just be over here... NOT holding my breath.

I know it ain't going to happen. Another solution is to just get rid of speed limits and let all the stupid people kill themselves.
