Firefox Q's

I am a computer guy at heart, who tries to keep his computer clean.

Well, I just reformatted, and I had my mozilla customized with some mods that Narwahl had listed. However, I cannot find this thread...

If someone can pull this info pertaining to the settings in Firefox, it would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Narwahl had all his posts deleted by the Webmaster before he departed M-Shop.

Then he came back.

You should get your facts straight if you are going to make assumptions against someone you believe in absentia.

I didn't depart, but asked to have my posts deleted for a personal/professional reason that I suspect any member on this board would understand. I never departed M-Shop.

I re-registered after the deletion, and then a problem wiped out the email address under which I had re-registered, so I have re-registered again as John Doe.

I did not get upset with the site or anyone here, and had contributed very little in the way of car advice (mostly questions on the diesel site) so I didn't see a great loss in requesting that my posts be deleted. Matter of fact, I was on the phone with Phil last week, and once again he hooked me up--what a guy.

Justin--I don't have the email regarding the Firefox updates I shared, but believe they are contained in Med's post. Good luck.

John Doe, formerly known as narwhal.

I didn't make an assumption against someone that I believed was "in absentia".

I made an statement regarding the facts I had at the time against someone who had already returned.

Now, if I had contributed to this forum for several years and felt that I made a valuable contribution to the forum, the last thing I would do would be to erase that entire contribution. It kind of devalues everything ever posted by "Narwahl", don't you think?

But, that's just me.

Yeah, it's just you. My life outside of the forum is such that I don't consider my participation in same relatively valuable--it is an entertaining outlet. Therefore, feel free to ignore any future posts I make and write them off as merely spontaneous thoughts of someone who puts little thought into what he posts here. I needed to have the posts deleted and the owner of this site was cool enough to honor that request. Hopefully, this gesture will in a small way will allow me to contribute to the 'real world' in a way that is a little more meaningful and will have greater effect than debating here with professional cyber legislators/experts.

Well, with the deletion of all your posts, I wish you all the best with your new contributions in the the "real world". I'm really glad that the elimination of all of your posts has made the "real world" a little more meaningful and and that you will have a greater effect on it.

And, pay no attention to us professional "cyber legislator/experts". We really don't know a GD thing.

Glad at least that you seem to understand. And, obviously, to care.
