New Trial for Ebbers???
If anyone knows BHD personally, please give his wife my condolences as he probably stroked out at reading about this.

I don't have a link to an article yet, but apparently Ebber's contentions regarding prosecutorial misconduct and witness manipulation were well received at his new trial hearing yesterday, and the 25 year sentence was viewed as harsh by at least one of the appellate panel.
