I saw that while browsing around the other day. It seems to be quite well-made, but it looks hideous.

Well I live in St. Louis so if anybody wants me to go check it out for them...

Ok - in all seriousness, WHAT ON EARTH ARE THEY THINKING. There's a reason it's referred to as CarS**t.com. I've heard bad things about them

It appears it is selling for about what the conversion cost. At least given it's a binz replacement parts can be ordered, eventually. But it is still a mis-masted schooner

I don't understand why you would do that. Except if the car got in a wreck and totaled the rearend. I guess I am too practical.

I'd rather pay for that the Pullman in the background.

Yea, I liked that 600 in the background too.

Gotta admit though, this one looks much more refined than the homemade jobbie that was posted in DD a couple days ago, but not near as classy as this one.

that 600 is sweet in person, gorgeous car...that dealer is a customer of mine and while their asking prices can be silly-high they do have some VERY nice cars there. As for the pick up, I really do think it's designed as a flower car, given the tall metal rails. Flower cars are pretty much extinct around here, with the exception of a few African-American mortuaries who run a couple. The other funeral homes tend to run mini-vans with landau bars on them as flower cars and first-response cars.
