software diner
anyoine used this online software store? i ordered photoshop elements 3 from them exactly 2 weeks ago and have received no aknowledgement or reply to 3 e-mails asking for my software but they did indeed take my money.
its almost funny that on their site they request you to use email so they can stay off the phones to process orders. they have a pic of a telephone person but no phone number that i can find. anyone have similar problems?

Have you checked with any web sites that allow customers to rate merchants, e.g., nextag or epinions?
I don't take all such ratings as "gospel truth", but sometimes there's useful information to be found there.

But at 9:30 in chicago there was no one there, try it during business hours

oh
when i clicked on the chick i got the e-mail address. i will try that. i found them thru msn yellow pages and left a v-mail this morning about 5 hrs ago. no response.
nexttag got my poor 1 star rating.

2 1/2 weeks after order
still no responses or product. i have contacted the Atty Genl of Az., the BBB of Phoenix and the company my bank works with for internet purchases.
When I clicked on the phone person pic all i get is a dialogue window stating "no operators are available to take my call." more later.
