They've been saying it for years and people who bought a couple of years ago can sell now and clear maybe $200 K. Sure seems like it can't go on.

OTOH, people can't live in stocks. When the stock market is over-valued, what the hell do people need with pieces of paper that aren't cash?

People will still want a house, bubble or no bubble.
