Anyone watch Adult Swim on Cartoon Network?
Man some of the shows they have on their are funny! Family Guy, and Aqua Teen are freaken funny as can be!
Some of the anima(sp?) stuff is interesting, never a big fan of that stuff though. Whats up with saved by the bell, I thought that stupid show died off years ago. ![]() I stay up late and I get saved by the bell how disapointing.

I used to watch cartoon network a lot. Here of late all the ATHF episodes have been repeats as have the Venture Bros. They took Sealab 2021 off the network. All three shows were hilarious. I'm waiting for new ATHF and Venture bros. but it sure is taking a long time to come up with new ones evidently. Every once in a while I'll catch an episode of Robot Chicken that's pretty good. I've seen all the Family Guy episodes and all the Futurama episodes. I really wish Futurama was still around, I always thought it was way funnier than the Simpsons.
So, all in all I think the Cartoon Network is probably time better spent than watching any of the news networks. Did I get you right that they are playing saved by the bell on cartoon network? Without some sort of alternate audio track?

I saw the promo for "Saved By the Bell"...I don't get that on either.
I too enjoy "Family Guy" and "Futurama". My favorites are "Robot Chicken", "ATHF", and the (lately defunk) "Sealab 2021". "Birdman Attorney At Law" isn't bad either. Not sure I get "Morel Orel"...kinda like "Davey and Goliath" meets "South Park". The contant airing of repeats do get annoying, so I don't watch as often as I used to though...

Though I've seen all the Futurama and Family Guy episodes I'll still watch it...unless they decide to air an episode that has been played to death...ATHF repeats still hold some value for me though I'm looking forward to new episodes...The Oblongs was on for a few weeks at a decent time which I appreciated...The Boondocks can be hilarious...
Did anyone else hear that they're doing a Futurama movie in an attempt to get it back on network TV? Apparently the stategy is 'it worked for Family Guy, so we'll try it with Futurama'

Sealab 2021 jumped the shark when the voice of Capt.Murphy(Harry Goz) died. The guy's son (Michael Goz) took over as a different character,Tornado Shanks, but without Murphy, it just doesn't cut it. It's like the writing went out the window at the same time.
Drawn Together is hysterical. As far as Anime goes, one of the best things out there is a movie called "Spirited Away". It's in every video store, and most likely available from netflix as well. I think the Disney channel has even run it a couple of times. The guy who directed it, Hayao Miyazaki, recently had another movie nominated for an academy award, something about a floating/moving house. Good animation. Fun stories. The stuff is so good, Disney bought the whole catalog and now sells it under their name. The world of anime is apparently huge. Too much for me to get into, but Spirited Away was certainly enjoyable.

I saw Spirited Away when I rented some movies for our son at the lake. I'm not much into anime but really enjoyed it. Very imaginative. Are you saying that there is a series of these movies?

Family guy and Robot Chicken are awesome. Monday nights, you get like three episodes of the family guy, 10-11 on TNT (I think), and then another half-hour on CN. By the way, I've been seeing commercials for some cartoon that looks a lot like the origional Heavy Metal, with a barbarian as the main character. Anyone know what this is called?

Here's a link to a list of the movies by Miyazaki via a well known book site.
I looked at the Disney site and it's a little overly graphic heavy. The Amazon site mentions a Miyazaki '6 pack'. I've only seen Spirited Away but I do want to see the others. Howl's Moving Castle was a nominee for the recent Academy Awards a few weeks ago, but it seems to have 2004 as the year on the Amazon site. I'm glad I don't have to keep the rules straight on what's allowed to be entered for these award shows.

Futurama was ok I saw most of the shows and lost interest in it. I currantly follow the Boondocks, ATHF, and Family Guy. Sea Lab is actualy on their website you can watch it on your computer.
On the Anime front I have seen Spirited Away its ok. I also watched Fullmetal Alchemist when new episodes were coming out, really bloody series. Only Anime I every really watched, take a look. The series is set up like "24" one ep leads into another, start in the middle and you are lost, gets really addicting.

I regularly watch futurama and Family guy. I have both of them on DVD, but I still like to catch it when its on TV. Nothing like a good laugh before bed.
