it was a 1960's or early 1970's Disney movie. it was about a car race set in England (a la 'cannonball run'). it wasn't a cartoon movie. it comes from the same genre as "the barefoot executive" and "the strongest man in the world".

i remember one of the cars was a three wheeler. i also remember that clues were given to the racers to solve. one of the racers was american, the rest were english.

does anyone have a clue?

I saw The Great Race a couple of months ago and I wouldn't figure it matches Jen's description.
