Tri Quad band phone

I'm about to go overseas with my new Quad band phone to Germany.

What number would someone in Europe need to dial to get my phone when I'm over there. Would they need to dial the country code for the US first, then (###) ###-####?
I want to be able to give them a number to call before I leave.
I figure from the vast pool of experience here, someone has done this recently.
I bet any good answer resulting from a post on this board will be faster than dealing with T-Mobile's Customer Service menu driven help.
Thanks,
LG

Medmech,
It's a toss-up.
Not sure what I like more, the link to that great mobile phone forum that will answer any and all questions I have....or your avatar.

Phone site is good, but the avatar makes me smile more.
Thanks!
