Best of luck! My SO worked as a OR nurse and in recent years as agency based nurse. She got a regular gig with a company that pays her the same wages she gets now + a good benefit package. As others suggested, always be professional, use good body mechanics, and if you spend the time to investigate, an excellent gig will come along.
